Deli/Bakery Team Supervisor – Walmart
Job Overview: This role focuses on preparing quality deli and bakery products for customers, engaging with customers at the service counter, and moving incoming merchandise out to the sales floor. Maintaining food safety and cleaning standards is critical to the team's success.
Pay and Benefits Base pay range:
$20.00/hr – $33.00/hr . The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve deli and bakery items of the highest quality.
Engage with customers at the service counter and handle all customer inquiries and transactions.
Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor while maintaining high standards of organization.
Clean and maintain all areas in accordance with Walmart’s food safety standards.
Support team members and ensure the store’s deli/bakery area operates efficiently.
