Job Summary
This position is responsible for preparing and delivering instruction of Physical Education for a multi-site campus in the University System of Georgia.
Responsibilities
Manage courses through systematic use of syllabi
Keep accurate records of students’ class performance, attendance, and grades
Adopt and implement common course objectives
Attend part-time faculty orientation prior to the beginning of the semester
Participate in assessment of student learning outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in subject or Master’s degree with 18 hours of graduate-level courses in physical education, exercise science, health science, sport management, kinesiology, or a related field
Must be available to teach day, evening, or weekend at any of the Georgia Highlands College instructional sites.
Proposed Salary Salary determined by instructor part-time pay scale.
