Weekdays, weekends, 7:30 am–10:30 pm; preferred mornings or afternoons, some weekends.
Required:
Student workers must be reliable and punctual, able to work a flexible schedule from 7:30 am to 10:30 pm, including weekends.
Preferred:
Availability in mornings or afternoons, with some weekend shifts.

Primary Responsibilities
Provide first‑line IT support in computer labs, classrooms, and offices.
Assist with ID card support, updates, and upgrades.
Perform network troubleshooting, media cable runs, and software or hardware installations.
Offer remote support via the LTAC call center.
Demonstrate eagerness to learn new programs, maintain a professional and approachable demeanor, and work team‑oriented.
