Base pay range: $21.03/hr - $24.74/hr

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee cleanliness of the dining area and maintain dining room operations.
Greet arriving guests, thank departing guests, and ensure prompt seating.
Assist with special‑event setup such as buffet skirting and menu card placement.
Check reservations and assign table numbers, confirming availability for resort guests.
Call to confirm large parties and schedule reservations following established procedures.
Check schedule and staffing levels to cover the entrance and seating.
Keep wait‑lists, select tables, and escort guests to their seats.
Answer the telephone, take reservations, and give directions to the restaurant.
Resolve guest issues promptly and involve the manager when necessary.
Answer questions regarding menu items and food/take‑away service.
Monitor alcohol consumption and alert management of intoxicated guests.
Clean spills immediately, set up and break down special events, and maintain tables during service.
Follow Pebble Beach Company cash‑handling, safety, health, and general policies.
Complete daily labor reports.
Required Skills

Speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
Courtesy and anticipation of guests’ needs.
Ability to efficiently seat and schedule dinner guests.
Standing for long periods of time.
Teamwork with floor and kitchen staff in a high‑pressure environment.
