Base pay range: $22.00/hr – $30.00/hr.

LDAR Technician III
to join their safety conscious team at customer sites. Responsibilities include using an analyzer and electronic data recorder, accurately monitoring components on an assigned route within an industrial facility, calibrating equipment for optimum performance, and identifying leaks and processing leak tags. The role ensures compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining strong customer relations by delivering quality, timely industrial cleaning services.
Working Environment Industrial settings – refinery, petro-chemical, utilities, pulp and paper mills, etc.

Monday – Thursday, 4/10s.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure Health & Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes.
Engage in strenuous physical labor, including lifting, pulling, and pushing heavy objects.
Set up and operate automatic and/or semi-automatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation.
Monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls to ensure adherence to production/process specifications.
Report malfunctions or abnormalities and make adjustments and repairs to equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Skills and Experience
At least 3+ years of experience in Leak Detection and Repair.
Must be able to wear protective clothing or equipment, such as Nomex coveralls, a back belt, slicker suits, rubber boots, a fresh air breathing mask, escape pack, and hard hat.
Must be able to work under extreme climate conditions (high heat index of 95+ °F, 98% humidity, subzero weather as applicable).
Must be able to withstand exposure to dust, chemicals, fumes, exhaust, and highly pressurized fluids.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
TWIC preferred.
Knowledge of DOT regulations, EPA waste codes, manifesting, and Land Disposal Restrictions (LDR) preferred.
Confined space entry and 40‑Hour OSHA Training preferred.
Knowledge of RCRA requirements/regulations preferred.
Strong mechanical ability.
