Overview Other organizations sometimes call this role an Activities Assistant, but we believe this role deserves the very special title of Vibrant Living Assistant.
Responsibilities
Get to know the residents so you can help plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming that will engage and fulfill them.
Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
Participate in activities. Residents love games, painting, singing, and music, and we need someone to help organize and run these events.
Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase the fun things happening each day.
Those 21 or over may occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events.
Help set up and break down events and activities.
Salary Range USD $18.00 - USD $20.75 /Hr.
Compensation Disclosure The salary range above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses, additional incentives, or the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors such as experience, qualifications, location, community size, certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
