The Opportunity You’ll lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. This is a client‑visible role, offering opportunities to showcase your ability to motivate and develop your team, build new client relationships, and grow your consulting and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow SPM project and solution delivery including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases.
Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3‑5 resources, including offshore consultants, developers, and testers.
Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for ServiceNow SPM process implementations.
Analyze a company’s people, process, and technology capabilities; provide leading‑practice recommendations and contribute insights to strategic roadmaps.
Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.
Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgeting, and risk and issue logs.
Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
2‑4 years of relevant ServiceNow SPM project experience.
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management.
3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
Excellent soft skills – communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
Experience leading teams and supervising others.
A valid U.S. driver’s license.
Ability to travel to meet client needs.
Ideally, you’ll also have
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM or Data Foundations.
Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus.
Experience in ServiceNow’s AI solutions (e.g., Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).

What We Offer You
Comprehensive compensation and benefits package, with base salary ranging from $102,500 to $187,900 in the U.S. (varies by location). Includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off.
Hybrid model: most client‑serving roles work together in person 40‑60% of the time.
