Pay range:
$15.00/hr - $18.00/hr (base pay)

Special Requirements
Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive at client’s home.
Must have a valid Driver’s License.
PCA must have a strong work ethic and a can‑do attitude.
Duties
Provide companionship to client.
Assist with preparation of meals.
Perform light housekeeping.
Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide transportation (valid DL required).
Promote positive, supportive, respectful communication to patient/family and other employees.
Maintain an environment that respects patient privacy and property.
Demonstrate effective time‑management skills.
Report unsafe conditions, problems, and observations to supervisor.
Show commitment, professional growth, and competency by attending required in‑services.
Promote the Right at Home philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
