Guest Experience Associate - North Raleigh
Hourly Rate: $13 an hour + Tips (Guarantee $15). Average Hourly Rate with Tips: $16 – $18/hr. Job Location: 6231 Triangle Plantation Drive, Raleigh, NC 27616. Availability: Flexible hours and availability to work Saturdays. Eligibility: All applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Responsibilities: Greet & check‑in guests with a smile. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and readiness of course areas. Assist with birthday and corporate events – set up, serve food, and celebrate. Prepare and serve menu items and beverages. Oversee duckpin bowling lanes and ensure smooth operation. Explain and facilitate VR laser tag gameplay, including rules and gear. Work as a team player to keep operations fast, fun, and functional. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 25 lbs. Previous experience in customer service, food, or entertainment is a plus. Friendly, welcoming personality with strong communication skills. Ability to multitask in a high‑energy setting. Perks: PTO earned through staff challenges and milestones. Free meals during shift.
