Moab Free Health Clinic Volunteer Coordinator
Moab Free Health Clinic Volunteer Coordinator – AmeriCorps VISTA
The Volunteer Management Coordinator will build the Moab Free Health Clinic’s volunteer capacity to expand access to healthcare for low‑income and underserved residents in the Moab area. The member will assess the current volunteer program to identify gaps, opportunities, and unmet service needs, then adjust a strategic volunteer management plan to guide recruitment, onboarding, training, retention, and recognition efforts. The VISTA will support volunteer recruitment and onboarding systems, help create training resources, and establish communication and feedback processes that improve volunteer engagement and retention. The member will also adjust performance metrics to measure volunteer impact and assist with compliance related to volunteer policies and FTCA requirements.
