Rearload Driver Rearload Drivers operate heavy‑duty trucks and are responsible for the collection of residential household waste material. The driver transports the material to a disposal facility when trucks reach legal load capacity. The driver safely maneuvers the vehicle in residential environments, navigating high traffic and congested roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots.
