As Associate Manager, you work closely with the General Manager and team to drive the success of your Fazoli’s Restaurant, preparing to develop into a future General Manager. Responsibilities
Recruit, select, hire, train, develop and retain a high-performing team of Associates, leading by example and treating all with dignity and respect. Leverage Fazoli’s policies, systems and processes to execute the concept flawlessly, representing the brand at the highest standards. Apply business acumen to manage day‑to‑day operations – guest service, sales, marketing, HR, supply chain, administration and facilities maintenance. Demonstrate competitive spirit and pursuit of excellence, striving to win and continuously improve every day. Qualifications
Leadership experience, with a passion for service‑oriented people and a strong track record of building high‑performing teams. Integrity, ability to uphold brand values and operational excellence.
