About This Role
We are seeking a talented Boiler/Chiller Technician to join our team in Utah as a full‑time position.
What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps.
Diagnose and repair issues with hydronic heating/cooling systems.
Work with AHUs and VAVs to ensure proper airflow and temperature control.
Replace or repair defective components such as motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats.
Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding service findings and recommendations.
Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and system conditions.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
What You'll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or HVAC certification preferred.
3+ years of experience servicing boiler and chiller systems.
Knowledge of hydronics, HVAC controls, and building automation systems.
EPA 608 certification (required).
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
Preferred Qualifications
NATE certification or equivalent.
Experience with commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
Familiarity with digital service tools and mobile work order platforms.
