Key Skills / Responsibilities
Operations Boss – Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision—inspections, reports, and productivity checks.
Team Captain – Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands‑on training, and a positive vibe.
Safety & Security Pro – Handle lost‑and‑found items, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas while keeping safety top of mind.
Cleanliness Champion – Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment.
Education & Experience
High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
2‑3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
