Equipment skills – Certified to operate a forklift or MEWP is valuable.
Driver’s license – A valid license and clean record makes you a huge asset.

Safety mindset – Already OSHA 10 certified or worked for a safety-focused company? That’s a big plus.
You Will About the Role – Commercial Roofer / Laborer:
Work outdoors in all elements.
Lift 50+ lbs regularly, bend, climb, kneel.
Be comfortable working at heights.
Follow job specifications and safety guidelines on the roof.
Bonus If You Have
Knowledge of commercial roofing systems: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC (we’ll train you).
Experience in residential or commercial roofing or general construction.
A valid driver’s license.
Working Conditions
Job site-based (field environment with exposure to heights, noise, weather).
Physically demanding: standing, climbing, lifting.
Occasional travel.
