Professional House Cleaner – Molly Maid USA
Location: 28720 Roadside Rd., Agoura Hills, CA 91301.
Base Pay Range $17.87/hr – $22.00/hr
Full‑time. No nights, weekends or holidays. Guaranteed minimum wage of $17.87 per hour with the opportunity to earn up to $800 per week. Ability to earn tips. Company car, uniform and cleaning supplies provided.
Benefits Paid time off up to 10 days per year.
Responsibilities
Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
Follow the company process to delight every customer and earn tips.
Communicate with customers and coworkers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
If a team lead, manage the team's schedule, drive safely, maintain equipment, and ensure the vehicle is stocked with supplies.
Qualifications
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Complete a background check.
Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8 am to 5 pm.
Bilingual required; must be able to communicate with clients.
