Weekend PM Shift Caregiver – Assisted Living Facility
Location: Meadowbrook Village Christian Retirement Community, Escondido, CA. Shift: PM on Saturdays and Sundays, 2:30 PM to 11 PM. Immediate start. Role: Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents in assisted‑living settings.
Pay Range Base pay: $18.73 per hour (fixed).
Responsibilities Work one‑on‑one with residents to assist with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, transportation to/from meals, medication management, and other assisted‑living services as needed. Respond to resident emergencies and provide enriching personal interactions. Operate as part of a 24/7 caregiving team.
Qualifications
Pass criminal background check, drug screening, and basic physical exam.
Seek excellence in care and maintain professionalism.
Follow HIPAA standards and promote resident dignity.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Training Prior professional caregiving experience is not required, but experience with seniors (e.g., caring for a family member) is encouraged. All caregivers receive online and in‑person training before independent work.
Seniority Level Entry level.
