Job Summary
Culinary Warehouse Attendant at Tropicana Field – Levy Restaurants Responsibilities
Read production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed. Convey materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas. Place materials/goods on racks, shelves and bins or in refrigerated rooms according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code. Fill requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools or other stock items and distribute items to production workers or assembly line. Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves; convey orders to packing station or shipping department. Mark materials with identifying information. Open bales, crates and other containers. Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed. Weigh or count items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards. Arrange stock parts in specified sequence for assembly by other workers. Use computer to enter records. Compile worksheets or tickets from customer specifications. Drive vehicle to transport stored items or to pick up items. Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other plant departments. Prepare parcels for mailing. Maintain inventory records. Perform other duties as assigned. Ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follow HACCP standards. Personal commitment to safety and to others. Abide by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to: Physical and Technical Requirements
Use of medium weight cut gloves when handling knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer. Use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables. Use of slip‑resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to push and pull carts of product. Ability to lift equipment and product up to 50 pounds. Benefits
