Finisher / Builder - 2nd Shift
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
Pay Rate: $17-$20 per hour (based on experience)
Position Overview Our Client is seeking motivated Finishers/Builders to join our 2nd shift production team. In this role, you will work collaboratively to construct large steel and metal enclosures-essentially building a large metal "house." This is a hands‑on manufacturing and construction position in a growing, stable organization.
Responsibilities
Work as part of a team to construct steel and metal enclosures
Install walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs
Mount louvers, doors, and various electrical components
Use hand and power tools to assemble and finish structures
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Measure and verify accuracy using tape measures and other measuring tools
Troubleshoot and resolve assembly or installation issues
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Requirements (What It Takes to Be Successful)
Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and hand/power tools
Ability to read measuring devices, including tape measures
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
High level of motivation and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment
Strong work ethic and drive to succeed
Must pass a competency test and pre‑employment physical, including a drug screen
