$34.77 to $48.32 Unit Details:

n-patient, on the unit we have 12 LDR’s, 4 High Risks Rooms, 7 Bed Triage Areas, 6 Ante partum Rooms, 3 C/Section Rooms, 4 Bed PACU. All patient rooms are private Treatment Team:

Consists of RNs, Surgical Technicians, Patient Care Technicians & Unit Clerks – all located on the unit. Team Availability:

Our team consists of

24/7 In-House Providers Obstetricians Midwives OB residents Pediatricians Neonatologist Anesthesiologist CRNA Maternal Fetal Medicine available We require 13 weeks of orientation OB Core Course (Provided as part of orientation) Shifts Available:

7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Status:

Full time, Part time Every Other Weekend and Every other Holiday per year required for Full-time and Part-Time team members. Qualifications

Education Graduation from a school of nursing that results in the ability of the graduate to sit for the NCLEX exam to become licensed as a Registered Nurse. BSN preferred. New graduate nurses require licensure examination scheduled within 45 days of hire Licensure Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License. BLS. ACLS required for the following departments: Float Pool, Cardiac/Cath Lab, AICU, Emergency Experience Experienced Canadian Registered Nurses are encouraged to apply. Graduation from accredited nursing program. Knowledge of nursing theory, practice and age specific needs. Interpersonal skills necessary to initiate and maintain collegial relationships with coworkers and therapeutic relationships with patients and families. Critical thinking skills necessary to perform principal duties and responsibilities of job description.
