We are looking for individuals who can provide authentic and memorable experiences that deliver the Southern California Dream to our guests. The Laundry Attendant contributes to the hotel's commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork and must appreciate high standards of excellence. The Laundry Attendant creates an experience for our hotel guests by offering them a larger than home experience with welcoming, helpful and exceptional service, while maintaining a clean, comfortable and inviting environment. This position is responsible for processing hotel and guest laundry, including pressing, sorting and folding. Laundry Attendants use commercial pressing and folding equipment and are responsible for programming and logging of their operations. This is a Full Time position. The person will need open availability as they may work AM &/or PM shifts.
Hourly Rate:
$20.50/hr

Qualifications:
Prior laundry experience required.
Customer service experience required, preferably in a hotel or related field.
Must have full-time open availability for AM &/or PM shifts, weekends and holidays.
Requires strong command of English language (speaking, reading, writing).
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast‑paced position.
Must be able to multi‑task.
Ability to take direction from a Supervisor or Manager.
Ability to show up to work on time consistently for scheduled shifts.
Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate to heavy weight (minimum of 40 lbs).
Ability to stand for long periods of time and move moderate distances.
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
