Barista – Pura Vida Miami
Base pay: $16.00/hr – $16.00/hr plus tips.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome all guests into our stores with a friendly and positive attitude.
Provide our guests with the highest level of customer service, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Take orders from guests and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
Answer guests' questions regarding our menu and services.
Craft a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, matcha lattes, and cold brews.
Restock stations regularly to keep them clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Follow all health and food safety policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the manager and team members to maintain smooth operations and a positive work atmosphere.
Support with any additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality or food service (e.g., restaurant, hotel).
Barista experience; latte art skills required.
Passion for providing excellent customer service.
Fun, outgoing attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and multitask.
May stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
