Job Summary
Littleton’s Bakery at North Market is seeking a person interested in learning more about the bakery at Littleton’s Market, functioning in a dual role as packer and production team member. The Packer/Production Team Member will work closely with other members of the bakery team to learn about bread production and meet the needs of our customers. This is a physically active position with the opportunity to work independently and in concert with the team.
Responsibilities:
Slicing and Packaging all breads
Properly labeling baked goods
Staging out bread deliveries by location per pick sheets
Completing invoice sheets
Delivering and staging baked goods for Littleton's Market
Dividing dough by hand and with dough divider
Folding dough
Pre-shaping and final shaping of various doughs
Taking temperature of doughs
Panning dough and staging racks after completing
Cleaning and sanitizing work area and tools
Qualifications:
Detail Oriented
Collaborate with other team members
Good communication skills, both oral and written
Strong organizational skills
Works well in/enjoys fast paced work environment
Able to be on their feet, standing, twisting etc. throughout shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
