Job Description GardaWorld Security Services is hiring an Armed Tactical Security Officer.

This role requires the ability to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act promptly.

You will patrol sensitive areas, manage access, respond to incidents, and collaborate with law enforcement.

Full‑time shifts: 3rd shift (11 pm‑5 am Wed‑Sat) and 1st shift (5 am‑5 pm Sun‑Tue, 5 am‑11 am Wed)

Competitive hourly wage of $21.00 (DailyPay available)

Responsibilities

Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity.

Verify identities and control access to secure areas.

React quickly to threats or incidents.

Check the functioning of alarms and cameras.

Document incidents and actions taken.

Respond to alarms and conduct on‑site checks.

Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.

Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.

Qualifications

Authorized to work in the U.S.

High school diploma or GED.

Pass a comprehensive screening process.

First‑aid certification (asset).

Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.

Minimum age 21.

Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.

Military, law‑enforcement, or armed corrections employment history.
