As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Wayne State store you will be the front‑line employee responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, baking cookies, and ensuring a warm and efficient customer experience, both in‑store and for delivery. Flexible part‑time work schedules are available.
Job Duties
Greet guests entering the store and take orders according to procedure
Assist customers in understanding menu items, answering clarifying questions, and checking orders for accuracy
Deliver a warm experience to each customer with a smile, both in person and over the phone
Bake cookies to perfection and present a scoop of ice cream when appropriate
Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
Handle cash and payments accurately, maintaining zero shortages or overages
Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery area to high standards
Desired Skills / Experience
Prior experience in a customer‑service focused role (preferred)
Personable, genuine, and outgoing demeanor
Ambitious nature, with a willingness to learn and grow
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be 18 years or older to be employed
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Legally eligible to work in the United States
