Job Title: Merchandiser – Greater Rochester, Austin, Albert Lea, Red Wing and surrounding areas
Job Overview The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory. The position is immediate hire and requires use of a personal vehicle for traveling between stores. A company‑issued phone will be provided to clock in/out and track mileage for reimbursement.
About the Role
Stock and display our products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within the assigned territory.
Report directly to store managers for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned.
Use personal vehicle to travel among stores; products are already delivered.
Electronic phone to clock in/out and track mileage.
Shift and Schedule
Full‑time, 6:00 am until work is finished.
5 scheduled shifts per week.
Weekends required (days off during the week).
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
About You We are looking for a self‑motivated and customer‑service‑oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, thrives when working independently, and is excited to spend the majority of the shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products. Taking pride in your work and being detail‑oriented are also important qualities.
Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
Possession of a valid driver’s license.
Proof of vehicle insurance.
Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
Total Rewards Non‑Union. Pay starts at $0.00 per hour and increases to $0.00 per hour within a quarter after the 6‑month anniversary.
