Job Description Clean floors, dust, remove trash, wet mop, wax and disinfect resident apartments, restrooms and public use spaces. Vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing carpets and cleaning surfaces throughout the community.
Respond to resident room emergencies and log cleaning activities as required. Interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
Compensation Base pay range determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates not benefits eligible but may participate in 401(k).
