Purpose Facilitate Youth Leadership Development (YLD) after‑school program to build social‑emotional development and increase leadership skills and connections to schools and communities for youth (ages 11‑18) in need of positive supports.
Job Responsibilities
Facilitate group lessons, activities and community service with middle school and high school youth.
Follow curriculum lessons provided and keep fidelity to funders.
Travel to school location and field trips.
Utilize positive youth development.
Recruitment and retention of club youth.
Data entry and reporting using required databases.
Collaborate with schools and community partners.
Requirements
Must be 21+.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving history.
Must be able to pass background checks.
High school diploma (some college preferred).
Reliable transportation.
