The Role Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise the setup, service, and breakdown of assigned suite kitchens and pantries.
Oversee and delegate daily tasks to Suite Attendants, Runners, and Pantry Coordinators to ensure smooth event execution.
Expedite food and beverage orders efficiently, ensuring all items meet Legends’ standards for quality and presentation.
Communicate effectively with culinary teams and management regarding event timelines, menu items, and special instructions.
Monitor inventory control, including opening, closing, transfers, and usage logs; maintain accurate documentation.
Ensure suite kitchens remain organized, stocked, and clean before, during, and after events.
Report and coordinate any maintenance, equipment, or safety issues promptly.
Enforce all company, facility, and government policies related to food safety, alcohol service, and workplace safety.
Complete shift summaries, inventory reports, and end‑of‑event documentation as required.
Act as a point of contact for Suite Hosts and Attendants regarding service needs and guest concerns.
Lead by example, promoting teamwork, professionalism, and a service‑first attitude among all Premium staff.

Knowledge, Education, & Experience
Smart Serve certification required.
Food Handlers certification an asset.
Previous supervisory or lead experience in hospitality, food service, or catering required.
Post‑secondary education in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting of items weighing up to 40–50 pounds.
Exposure to heat, humidity, and varying event‑day conditions.
Regular communication via phone, radio, and in‑person with staff and management.
Requires clear vision and speech to coordinate orders and ensure safety in all service areas.
