(Store 731). The role involves teaching music lessons to students according to the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum, ensuring student growth, increasing student count, and fostering a culture of integrity, inclusion, and passion for music.
Responsibilities
Partner with the store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount based on community needs.
Teach students using the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum.
Assist with customer service as needed, building long-term students by creating a great experience.
Additional duties as assigned.
Partner with all students and families through frequent communication, building trusting relationships, and embracing the knowledge parents have as their child's Music Teacher.
Communicate with students and/or parents about each student's progress.
Share students' and parents' goals and progress frequently.
Requirements
Previous experience in Music, Education, or a related field.
Ability to teach the instrument you are proficient in, such as Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.
Strong competency and proficiency in the area you will be teaching.
