Shift Differentials

Second shift (Mon‑Fri): $2.00 per hour

Third shift (Mon‑Fri): $1.00 per hour

All shifts on Saturday and Sunday: $3.00 per hour

MAP certification: $0.48 per hour

Hours We offer 10‑hour shifts, 8‑hour shifts, or on‑call hours. Typically you will work the 2nd or 3rd shift.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities You are the unsung hero empowering residents toward independence. Your day includes:

Nurturing personal hygiene and daily living skills

Teaching culinary, housekeeping, and social skills

Supporting residents in making choices and exercising control over their lives

Promoting healthful habits and vibrant lifestyles

Advocating for self‑determination and rights of others

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license

High school diploma or GED

Preferred: MAP certification (training provided)

Applicants must pass a background check, drug screening, and a tuberculosis test.
