New Home Sales Consultant
Our New Home Sales Consultant will be responsible for converting prospects into future Davidson Homeowners, generating referrals, self‑prospecting, and building community and Realtor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome all guests to the community.
Guide customers through the home buying process while meeting sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Actively use CRM program for follow‑up and marketing management.
Demonstrate model homes, quick‑move‑in homes, amenities, and home sites.
Understand in‑depth all aspects of your community: floor plans, amenities, home sites.
Generate leads by building relationships and self‑prospecting.
Monitor, meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Build & maintain broker relationships on an ongoing basis.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience, preferably in homebuilding or luxury sales.
Proven metrics and sales results (e.g., percentage of goals met or exceeded, awards and accomplishments).
Professional communication skills.
Must be a strong team collaborator.
Must have reliable transportation to meet established job functions.
An active real estate license may be required in some markets.
