Night Crew Stocker Overview
Join Safeway as a Night Crew Stocker. You provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service while keeping the store looking filled and fresh by stocking and organizing merchandise on the shelves. You work with various approved tools throughout your shift to get your job done. This role creates the attractive store appearance for our customers through ensuring the store is stocked, clean, and bright. The Night Stocker also has the opportunity to expand their experience as a cashier or checker from time to time.
Responsibilities
Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service to customers.
Stock and organize merchandise on the shelves to keep the store looking filled and fresh.
Use approved tools such as box cutters, compactors, forklifts, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, stocked, and bright store appearance throughout the shift.
Perform any additional duties related to store merchandising and operations as directed.
Qualifications
18 years of age or older.
Enjoy being on your feet in fast‑paced, always moving work.
Take pride in the work you do, with attention to detail.
Don’t mind working in different environments (freezer, refrigerator, sales floor).
