As an Applebee's Bartender, you will be mixing outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, so that you and the servers can deliver the best drink possible. You need to be friendly to both staff and customers, make fantastic drinks according to established standards, and create a great bar experience. You will work hard but have a great time doing it!
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old (per state law).

Compensation and Benefits Competitive wages start at minimum wage plus the opportunity to earn tips. Compensation: Applebee's® Bartenders start at minimum wage plus the opportunity to earn tips. We offer competitive wages (plus tips), healthcare benefits, flexible work schedules, meal discounts, paid sick leave, and a great career path. Daily Pay* is available in most locations; not available in California.
Physical Standards Must have the ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and the kitchen about 30 times per shift. Must speak clearly and listen attentively. Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings/masks, and use disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift. Frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap.
