Tire and Lube Technician – Sky Harbor Airport (Part-Time)
Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, hard-working person to join our team as a Tire and Lube Technician. This position is based out of the Sky Harbor Airport Service Centers, which are located at the Sky Harbor Airport Vehicle Rental Facility and on the Remarketing Lot at 1800 W Watkins St.
Overview Position is part-time, 25 hours per week. Two shift options are available:
1st Shift - Thursday to Saturday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
2nd Shift - Thursday to Saturday, 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm
Shift pay structure: 1st Shift $19.00/ hr (with 2 years of professional experience $20.00/ hr). 2nd Shift pays an additional $1/ hr plus another $1/ hr for A5 brake certification and $0.50/ hr for each ASE certification (A1, A2, A4-A8). Saturday and Sunday shifts earn an additional $2.50/ hr premium.

Job Responsibilities
Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
Perform preventive maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) service according to the manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines.
Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.
Repair and replace tires.
Replace wearable parts (e.g., bulbs, wipers).
Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a repair order to accurately reflect steps taken and parts used during the repair.
Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures.
May process new fleet, fuel reclamation, or buy-backs.
Maintain a safe and clean work area.
Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in mechanical automotive repairs in a professional environment within the last 5 years.
Ownership of standard hand tools to perform basic maintenance and repair responsibilities.
Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 3 years (DUI/DWI).
Must be willing to take and pass a drug test prior to employment offer.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
