Responsibilities

Client interfacing Senior Environmental Manager

Regulatory interfacing Senior Environmental Manager

Manage and review the completion of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in accordance with ASTM Standards and AAI Rule

Manage and complete Phase II Environmental Site Assessments including field work

Manage and complete Site Characterizations and Remedial Investigations including field work

Human Health Risk Assessments

Ecological Risk Assessments

Vapor Intrusion Screening and Assessments

Remedial Action and Remediation Design Recommendations

Feasibility Studies and Cost Estimates

Manage and complete Brownfields Redevelopment and Voluntary Cleanup Projects in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, DC, Virginia, West Virginia

Develop draft reports for Phase I, Phase II, Remedial Investigations and Remedial Action

Underground Storage Tank and Aboveground Storage Tank Management

Air Permitting and Title V

Technical management of Geologists, Engineers, and Environmental Personnel

Develop scopes of work, budgets and proposals

Develop and win new business

Requirements

Bring a book of business and network while contributing to business and project growth

Minimum 10 years of Professional Experience

Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG), preferably in Pennsylvania

Extensive knowledge with EPA and ASTM Guidance Documents covering Investigation, Remediation, O&M

Extensive knowledge and experience with EPA and State Brownfields Technical Regulations

Knowledge and experience with DNREC (DE), PADEP (PA), Maryland (MDE), New Jersey Brownfields and VCP

Proven experience in completing Site Characterizations and Remedial Investigations including field work (multi-media)

Proven experience with Human Health and Ecological Risk Assessments including Risk Modeling and Calculations

Knowledge and experience with Vapor Intrusion studies/screening, risk calculations, modeling and remedial actions

Knowledge and experience with GIS and other environmental industry software tools

Experience with UST testing, closures and installations

Licensing in Asbestos and Lead-paint is a plus

AutoCAD knowledge is a plus

Strong Technical writing skills

Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with Regulatory officials and Customers
