Nutley, NJ ! Our studio continues to lead the Elements organization in skincare performance, and we’re looking for an experienced, passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our team as our
Experienced Practicing Licensee (EPL) , leading the esthetician team.

What Makes This a Lead Esthetician Role As a Lead Esthetician, you will:
Act as the go‑to resource for product knowledge, treatment protocols, and service excellence.
Ensure all estheticians follow Elements standards for service delivery.
Help onboard and mentor new estheticians.
Provide ongoing coaching on upgrades, rebooking, and retail recommendations.
Ensure the team follows all state board and studio sanitation and disinfection standards.
Help uphold a safe, professional, and consistent environment.
Monitor backbar and retail inventory.
Help restock and communicate product needs to management.
Qualifications & Skills
Licensed Esthetician in NJ with 3+ years of hands‑on experience
Knowledgeable and confident in skincare ingredients and treatment planning
Skilled communicator who can educate team members and clients in a clear, friendly manner
Professional, client‑focused, and comfortable recommending products
Able to create a relaxing experience through service delivery, massage and touch techniques
Thrives in a fun, supportive, team‑oriented environment
Schedule of 3‑5 days per week including 1 weekend and 1 evening required
