We’re looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to support our resort operations. In this role, you’ll ensure our units, buildings, and public areas meet exceptional cleanliness and safety standards while supporting both housekeeping and maintenance teams. You’ll also partner with leadership to keep operations organized, efficient, and guest‑focused.
What You’ll Do
Greet guests and team members with a professional, friendly, service‑focused attitude
Conduct daily quality assurance inspections of rooms and public areas, generating tasks for housekeeping and maintenance
Respond promptly to guest concerns, including room moves, cleanliness issues, and incident‑related support
Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and confidentiality procedures
Provide daily updates and reports to upper management
Oversee VIP room readiness to ensure top‑tier presentation
Assist Facilities and Resort leadership with operational projects and assignments
Help plan, assign, and support daily work across resort units
Report deficiencies and follow up to ensure issues are resolved
Collaborate with all departments and assist during busy periods
Inspect hallways, stairwells, restrooms, laundry rooms, and storerooms to ensure ongoing cleanliness and safety
Support lost‑and‑found processes and inventory tasks as needed
Attend required meetings and perform additional duties as assigned
Uphold resort standards of appearance, conduct, and guest service
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of hospitality experience, ideally in a resort or timeshare leadership role
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast‑paced environment
A dependable, flexible team player who can work independently
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawl for extended periods
Ability to use hands and fingers for detailed tasks
Regularly lift/push/pull 10–25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs with assistance
Clear vision required for inspections (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment)
