Utilize all wok station equipment and other kitchen equipment at an advanced level. Maintain thorough knowledge and execution of Asian cooking styles and techniques (wok station, stir‑fry, etc.). Ensure Asian product taste and presentation exceed customer expectations and Food & Beverage standards. Assist with sushi station as needed. Prepare a la carte and buffet food items; assist cooks and sous chefs as directed. Adhere to proper cleanliness and sanitation standards as set by ServSafe. Follow time/temperature control procedures and monitor food logs. Store food products correctly, covering labels and dates. Reheat cold foods to proper temperature within appropriate time frames before service. Initiate a positive guest experience in front buffet line stations or in public contact. Safely operate basic kitchen cooking equipment and thoroughly clean work station and equipment before shift end. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience; prior Asian wok or Asian culinary experience required. ServSafe Certified. Basic math and reading skills sufficient for job requirements. Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, wet or humid conditions, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold and heat. Noise level is usually moderate. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities. Benefits & Total Rewards
