Production Packer / Operator
plays an essential role in assembling and packing our products, ensuring that every pail and lid meets our quality standards and is ready to exceed customer expectations.
Shifts Available
A Shift – 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
B Shift – 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
C Shift – 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
D Shift – 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM – 2‑2‑3 rotation: two days on, two days off, every other weekend off – Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Key Responsibilities
Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Install triggers, gaskets, tampers, vent plugs, metal/plastic spouts, and metal/plastic handles manually or with installer devices.
Apply silicone to lids using a brush when required.
Identify and report any product that does not meet quality standards before packing.
Use a tape gun as needed to assemble boxes for lids.
Operate the Child Warning Stamper to apply labels to pails.
Accurately complete all required production and reject paperwork for your shift.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Job Requirements
Must be able to lift and handle a maximum of 20 pounds repetitively, occasionally.
Good hand and eye coordination a must.
Detail oriented and organized.
Perform work from a standing position is required.
Note: All work is performed in a manufacturing environment that may be hot or cold, and requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times (such as safety glasses and other protection as needed).
