Reports To: Mitigation Manager

Hourly pay: $12.00 to $18.00/hour based on experience and certifications.

Team Qualifications (Requirements)

Dedication to customer service.

Fluent in English.

Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed.

Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently.

Desire to continually learn new things.

Role On The Team (Job Responsibilities)

High‑level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board‑up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/re‑installation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.

Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.

Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on‑call schedule.

Assist in warehousing and facility‑related tasks when necessary.

Assist other team members where opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.
