Onesta General Contracting is creating a water restoration division—and we need an experienced Lead Technician who takes pride in doing mitigation the right way, every time.
As our Lead Water Remediation Technician, you'll manage water damage projects from emergency response through completion while developing a crew of mitigation technicians. You'll engineer drying solutions, handle complex Category 2-3 losses, and deliver exceptional customer experiences during people's most stressful moments.
Requirements
IICRC WRT certification
3-6+ years with leadership experience
Strong communication skills
Proficiency with moisture mapping and documentation technology
ASD/AMRT certifications strongly preferred
