They offer services including flat sawing, wall and wire sawing, core drilling, hand-sawing, selective demolition, and concrete removal and repair. $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr Responsibilities

Jobsite support Assist Operators in setting up and transporting equipment to/from jobsites Assist in preparing jobsites by unloading tools and staging equipment Assist in handling debris, slurry, and material removal from work areas Equipment and vehicle care Transport equipment daily between the yard and job sites Assist in cleaning tools, equipment, and vehicles daily to ensure readiness for the next job Assist Operators in basic preventive maintenance tasks and inspections Report equipment issues promptly to Operators or the shop mechanic using Tyfoom forms Manage personal expendables usage Safety & Compliance Comply with company safety procedures and OSHA regulations diligently Wear required PPE consistently Assist in setting up barricades, signage, and other safety controls on jobsites Participate in Job Hazard Analysis with the operator on each job after review with site contact Review safety plan with the operator to assess respirator needs when required Assess safety risks with the operator when working in extreme environments (e.g., take breaks in heat) Use tools and equipment to minimize physical exertion and risk of injury Report near misses Operate vehicles and equipment in a safe and professional manner Learn safe use of equipment, guarding on tools, and proper use of mounted drills Administration & Communication Support Operators in completing job-related paperwork Submit receipts promptly Communicate respectfully with team members, clients, and supervisors Report progress, challenges, and delays to the Operator or Field Manager Professional Development Participate in on-the-job training to learn tool operation and industry practices Develop proficiency in basic concrete sawing, drilling, and demolition tasks Show initiative and readiness to advance toward Operator role within 1-2 years Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous construction or labor experience helpful but not required Strong physical stamina Willing to work in varying weather conditions Good driving record with current license Strong mechanical abilities Safety oriented Self-motivated Problem solving ability Time management skills Willing to work hard Dependable & reliable Works well in a team Career oriented Willing to learn Mathematical aptitude (willing to train in measurements & calculations) Normal periods of sitting and standing in an office environment Lifting and/or pushing objects up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
