Ability to follow a structured behavioral support plan with consistency
Strong communication, patience, and problem‑solving skills
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references
A compassionate, dependable individual dedicated to helping clients succeed
