Job Overview
The Snack Bar Attendant reports to the Food and Beverage Managers and is responsible for providing prompt and efficient service according to Bentwater Yacht & Country Club standards. Pay
Base pay: $15.00/hr – $15.00/hr. Hours
Part‑time; 6:30 am‑4:00 pm, two or three days per week. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED Must be above 18 years of age Prior restaurant or customer service experience highly preferred TABC (Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission) certification completed within 10 days of start date Food Handler's certification obtained within 10 days of start On‑the‑job training provided upon employment Learn Jonas software and use it proficiently Accurately count change Possess a positive and professional attitude at all times Essential Job Functions
Prepare "cook to order" menu items Serve food and beverages available in the snack bar via counter service Serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with the TABC Clean up after guests, maintaining the cleanliness of the snack bar dining area Fill necessary condiment dispensers and maintain and pre‑prepare them for service Order supplies daily as needed and report deficiencies to the F&B Manager Secure the snack bar before leaving Maintain an atmosphere of positive employee morale Prepare closing reports and drop daily sales receipts and cash at the Front Office Prepare accurate sales reports and related paperwork Ensure the highest quality of food and beverage service Seniority Level
