Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and present menus, offering recommendations as needed Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and provide receipts Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including alcohol service regulations Ability to handle cash transactions accurately Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset We foster a welcoming and inclusive workplace where growth and development are encouraged.
