Compensation & Benefits The selected candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate within the range of $16‑$20 per hour, paid semimonthly. Benefits include paid training, health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, degree‑at‑work opportunities, and employee discounts on vehicles and services.
Responsibilities
Perform basic maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks and brake inspections.
Read, understand and perform requested services as outlined in repair orders.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
Keep records of all repairs and services performed.
Check vehicle service history, perform virtual multi‑point and video inspections.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Work toward certifications and training through Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram’s technician development programs.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic mechanical knowledge or vocational training (preferred, but not required).
Knowledge of automotive technology and repair methods.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in a fast‑paced and physically demanding environment.
Strong problem‑solving skills.
Detail‑oriented with good organizational skills.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic and team‑oriented mindset.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
