We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our family. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store level tasks. Guest Service Supervisor – Key Responsibilities
Supervise employees, ensuring they perform all job duties as directed by management.
Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to help them perform specific tasks.
Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures and practices.
Operate the point of sale following corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels.
Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
Execute all guest service programs and processes 24/7.
Manage cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
Always replenish products to maintain in‑stock conditions.
Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
Guest Service Supervisor – Qualifications
Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and holidays.
Must be efficient and organized.
Minimum age 18 years.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Ability to access all areas of the store, including selling floor, stock area and register area.
Physical ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift.
Work in intermittent temperatures (outdoor, cooler, etc.).
High School Diploma or GED.
