As a Behavior technician, you will help bring ABA to life through fun, engaging, and evidence based sessions. ABA is a proven science that helps create meaningful behavior change, and our ABA programs are designed to support children with Autism in reaching their fullest potential. What You’ll Do as a Behavior Technician

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism in center-based and in-home settings

Work closely with a BCBA to implement individualized ABA treatment plans

Collect accurate data to guide effective ABA outcomes

Support children with Autism using compassionate, ethical, and research-based strategies

Communicate proactively with families and clinical supervisors

Requirements

18 years of age or older

High school diploma or equivalent

Reliable transportation

RBT Certification (Preferred)

Valid Michigan Drivers License (Required)

Must pass a background check

Experience working with children and/or background in Special Education, Psychology, Mental or Behavioral Health (preferred but not required)

Energetic, empathetic, and passionate about working with children or adults with special needs

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be involved in physical floor play including but not limited to bending and reaching

Experienced RBTs MUST possess valid RBT credential number on the BACB website
