We are seeking a reliable and organized Full‑Time Receiving Clerk to join our Purchasing Team. The receiving clerk is responsible for checking in all incoming product and guest packages and processing invoices. The role requires lifting moderate weights and excellent communication skills. Essential Functions
Manage deliveries from shippers and ensure proper receipt, goods storage, and quality efficiency. Maintain computerized records of items or services purchased, costs, and delivery. Process invoices against purchase orders or the Accounts Payable tracking file. Reconcile vendor statements. Make regular rounds around the property to deliver packages to various departments and pick up outgoing mail and shipping. Log and track all incoming packages (guest and internal) and work directly with the Events department when shipping and receiving items for in‑house events. Communicate with guests regarding shipping/out‑bound mailing information as needed. Regularly use a pallet jack to move and relocate pallets inside the Receiving area. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Work with the Purchasing Manager to complete additional tasks as required. Benefits
